Our Story
A seafood house with a Spanish accent, a few streets back from the water.
A Spanish table in the heart of Tangier.
La Corbina began with a simple thought: bring the Spanish seafood table to Tangier, and keep it honest. Fish that is chosen in front of you. Rice cooked to order. Nothing dressed up beyond what it needs.
From the grill, the pan and the sea.
The work is plain and it is done properly. Whole fish go over charcoal and are sold by the kilogram. Rice is cooked in a wide flat pan — yellow with fish, black with squid ink, or loose and soupy with lobster. Octopus is dressed the Galician way.
A table for every occasion
Spanish, without a costume. Patatas bravas beside Moroccan salad. Zarzuela, Galician octopus, flan and cheesecake to finish. The menu is printed on kraft card and carries our name in blue.
From the hands of our chefs to your table.
Fresh seafood, precise gestures and a kitchen that respects every ingredient.
